product with the payment of an appropriate fee, ie the price of that product. Buyer and Seller
by concluding an order through the web store, they enter into a distance contract.

use and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

The company Roginić d.o.o. reserves the right at any time and without prior notice if deemed appropriate

ORDER

Through the online store www.navettejewelery.com. it is possible to order goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can order as a registered and as an unregistered user. We send every product ordered in our web store no later than 7 working days after receiving the payment to our account, if the ordered product is in stock. If the product is currently out of stock and it takes some time to make it, we will send the product within 15-20 working days.
In case of problems with the payment of the order and the inability to collect or provide incomplete information required for delivery, the company Roginić d.o.o. reserves the right to delay the sending of the ordered goods. In this case, the customer will be contacted in order to eliminate the problem and take the necessary actions to enable the order to be sent.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment on the website www.navettejewelery.com is made in euros.
Taxpayer Roginić d.o.o. is in the VAT system.
Prices are retail, expressed in euros and include VAT. The price of the product is determined for each product individually. The seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time and without prior notice. Also, the Seller is authorized without prior notice at any time to determine the discount, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for each product, group of products and / or for all products.
However, all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid at the time the purchase was concluded.



DELIVERY

Delivery for all orders purchased in the online store www.navattejewelery.com is free for the whole of Croatia.In the case of sending goods outside Croatia to the countries of the European Union, the delivery price is 5 euros.All orders are sent by Croatian Post and the Buyer will be notified of the delivery price when ordering.In case the ordered goods are not immediately available (if there are no finished products in stock and they need to be made), the Buyer will be notified via the given e-mail address when ordering and delivery is extended to 15 - 20 working days.



PACKAGING

The ordered goods will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling in transport.Also, the Buyer can choose special decorative packaging (box and bag) available in our web store. The fee for this type of packaging is 2 euros per piece.


RETURN POLICY

When picking up the product, the Buyer is obliged to check the taken packaging when picking up and immediately report any damage to the delivery service that delivered the goods, or refuse to pick up the shipment on which significant external damage is visible. In that case, we ask the Buyer to contact us in order to check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and react in a timely manner.In the event that the product delivered to the Buyer is different from the one he ordered and purchased, the Buyer is entitled to a refund in the amount of the price paid for the product, delivery and return cost of the product and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product. Furthermore, the Buyer has the right to delivery of the ordered product, which will be delivered to him upon receipt of the returned product. In that case, the Seller does not refund the Buyer and the Buyer bears the cost of delivery.Replacement means sending the product to the address of Roginić d.o.o. at their own expense and product inspection by sales staff. If the product is found to be correct, it will be replaced with another item of the same value at the customer's request. Replaced product of Roginić d.o.o. then sent to the address of the Buyer, with reimbursement of the cost of delivery by the Buyer.

COMPLAINT

Please notify the Seller of any visible defects in the product within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Complaints related to defects in the goods can be sent to the e-mail address: navette@navettejewelery.com or to the address: Kustošijanska 113, Zagreb 10000, Croatia.
Please enter your name and surname and the necessary contact information so that we can answer you.
We will respond to your complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt.
